Japanese and Kendo Martial Art for Kids
Our centre is now providing our Kindergarten children with Japanese language and Kendo Martial Art every Wed and Friday! Come to visit us for a free centre tour to check out our new extra-curriculum.

About the event
From 4th March 2019, Younique ELC are offering Japanese language together with Kendo (Japanese martial art) classes to our children aged 3 and above. In this class, our children will learn how to speak simple Japanese words with a Japanese teacher and also learning the basic of Kendo (Japanese swordmanship). These classes will be conducted one hour twice a week on every Wednesday and Friday.
Kendo class (Japanese Martial Art) that will be instruct by the former Australian National Team Assistant Coach (Mr. Kwangyul Jeong). Children will learn the art of Japanese swordsmanship. This will help children develop:
Self-defence skill
Improve body coordination and gross motor skill
Improve children concentration & perseverance
Improve children physical health
Learn to respect others
Exposure to different culture
