We understand how difficult it is to entrust the care of your child to others. That is why Younique Early Learning hires the industry-best educators and degree-qualified teachers with passion in children at our early learning centre.

 

All Younique Early Learning educators are dedicated to providing exceptional child care services and early childhood development. Trust and mutual respect are the keys to our service, where children can feel secure to express themselves and develop bonds with their educators and friends.

 

All educators hold a minimum Certificate III in Children’s Services and each room has a Leading Educator who holds a Diploma in Children’s Services or higher. Our team focuses on achieving the best practice in early childhood education, gaining insight and mentorship from many different principles to impart the highest standard of practice to our educational programme.

 

At Younique Early Learning, we have our in-house Curriculum Leader to support the centre educators with education programming, activities and the implementation of National Quality Framework. The Curriculum Leaders are a unique strategy that Younique has devised to ensure the ongoing development of the staff thereby creating the best possible learning environments for each child. They provide training to educators within the school, provide supports in creating meaningful programmes and work on developing the physical environments in which a child learns and plays.
